How do I add the chatbot to my website?
Paste one script tag into your site's HTML. It works on any site where you can add a script, and it only runs on the domains you have approved.
What does the chatbot learn from?
PDF, Word (DOCX), Markdown and plain-text files that you upload, plus pages from your own website. When your site changes, refresh it from Studio.
Will it make things up?
It searches your content before it answers, and built-in checks stop it inventing prices, stock, delivery dates or policies, or making health, financial or guaranteed-outcome claims. If a common question is not covered, add the answer to its knowledge.
Can my team take over a conversation?
Yes. Open the chat in the Inbox and take it over. The AI stops replying, your messages reach the visitor as coming from your team, and you hand the chat back when you are done.
Does it reply in Hindi or other languages?
Not yet. It replies in English today. Other languages are planned.
Can it look up orders or connect to Shopify?
Not yet. Today it answers from your documents and website pages. Connections to online stores, including order lookup, are planned.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
You can connect your WhatsApp Business number and read those chats in the same Inbox, while you keep replying from the WhatsApp Business app. AI replies on WhatsApp are being built.
